Companies that are selected for a pilot receive a tailor made program with the goal of achieving faster, more accurate product market fit. The Fox Labs pilot program employs an iterative, feedback based approach and provides a safe environment for product testing, ongoing feedback and access to leading retail experts.

Company selection begins with the online application. Applicants with a creative and innovative offering, and that demonstrate potential to bring significant added value and generate clear ROI to Fox Group are invited for a brief introductory meeting.

Based on an ongoing internal needs analysis and a brief due diligence process, the Fox Labs team facilitates an introduction to the relevant teams within the group.
In parallel, some companies may be selected for the more in depth due diligence process that is geared towards a potential investment.

Companies that successfully complete the pilot program move on to the scale-up stage, in which Fox Labs team facilitates the expansion to additional units within Fox Group and makes introductions to brands and contacts in its network around the world beyond its portfolio.
